The Wolf's Fire

The Wolf’s Fire is a steamy, fast-paced fantasy romance tangled with mystery and suspense in the world of fae and werewolves. Seraphina is a fae princess forced to live in an uncomfortable arrangement with the elusive Drake Rune whom she knows very little about. She calls him “Wolf” rather than his name, because he seems like the big bad wolf incarnate. She is prepared to do whatever she can to avoid him, including making herself into a child and running away from his grand estate to try to be free.

Unfortunately for Sera, she is tasked by the Council of Creation to carry the weight of preserving the dwindling numbers of her kind. With Sera's father agreeing for her to be bound to Drake, if she flees, she will be abandoning her people as well.

It isn’t until Sera nearly falls into the hands of a predator that she begins seeing Drake as a source of safety rather than danger. He has always given her space. He has never forced her to get close to him. Instead, he patiently keeps his distance, only running to save her and bring her back from harm when she finds it.

When Sera finally feels the bond between them that Drake has been aware of all along, she also finds her own power. There are deep wounds and devastation that haunt wolf kind, and like Sera, they are not free. They are haunted and controlled by their own oppressors.

Can Sera and Drake’s true soul bond and their combined power help free the wolves from their oppressors as well as save the dwindling fae population? There is no lack of drama, suspense, and tantalizing romance in this epic tale of two fated mates who discover that they are much more powerful together than apart.

Excerpt from The Wolf’s Fire:

“Drake,” I say, speaking his name for the first time. Drake Rune. That’s the wolf’s name.

When he turns, it’s with such an intense expression that I’m struck speechless, forgetting why I’ve called him. It’s as if by doing so I have reached into a central part of him, tugging it free effortlessly. Now that surprising depth swells large in his hazel eyes, threatening to swallow me.

“Yes, Seraphina?” His voice is so richly seductive that I feel it resonating deep within, plucking invisible cords in my chest.

My gaze drops to the wolf’s lips and I imagine his mouth gliding over my skin, the coarse texture of his tongue, the restrained points of his teeth teasing that they will puncture, and for some reason I want them to.

The New PSYCHOLOGY: A Unified Field of Brain, Mind, Behavior, Perception, Culture...: Abbreviated Edition (B&W)      480 Pages, 8.5X11”, Fully Illustrated These are the bits and pieces that make up a deep understanding of how our mind works. Welcome to the deep woods.     Psychology controls the biology of our brain. At the witch trials in Salem, when the accused were brought into the court, adrenaline and cortisol would have shot into the bloodstream of the spectators. Neurotransmitters would have surged through their brain. Their very brain waves would have shot up from 12 to 40 cycles per second. A P300 brain wave would have screamed “ALERT”. Their heart jumped.  A chill went up their spine. The girls began to shriek “Witch, Witch!”     We know this because the same thing happens in America today among those watching a Hollywood horror movie about witches, zombies, demons, murder and more. In varying degrees thi...

The Revenant's Mark

The Revenant's Mark A dark historical fantasy novel set during the American Revolution Jacob Hawthorne was hanged as a traitor—forgotten by the cause he fought for, buried in a shallow grave by those he fought against.
